A form is too high or too wide for my screen

Tool&Task keeps the size and position of forms. This is quite comfortable and enables you to arrange a couple of forms for a good overview. There are two problems:

Some of these forms (e. g. M_MESS and M_LONGMESS) are used repeatedly and consequently, only the last setup is saved. All the information is in the table hfiles\forms.dbf. And here is the reason for the question above: When you copy your Tool&Task installation from a computer with high screen resolution to a computer with a smaller  resolution, many forms cannot be used since some buttons have disappeared from the screen. The setting established on the first computer does not fit the smaller resolution of the current installation. You may delete hfiles\froms.dbf but keep in mind, this table also stores history information of these forms. When you delete the file, the last 'search items' might be gone or the directory, you got the last file from, will not be selected automatically.

Soltion: Rightclick on the yellow background of the form. A popup should appear, enabling you to reduce either height or width. The new setting is saved automatically. When you get the lower right corner of the form back, you might adjust to the final width or height. Please leave each program by clicking the 'end' (or corresponding) button since settings of the form will be saved within procedures called by this button.

Some forms have a fixed width of 1000 pixels which cannot be changed.
