The Tool&Task dll's are compiled using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. If your Windows Operation System is XP, and you have not Visual Studio 2010 installed, you need a runtime library to use Tool&Task. This 'redistributable Package (X86)' comes free of charge from Microsoft and you can easily install it using the following link:
Go to the same link on computers, where you start tt_dir.exe or tt_mem.exe and you get the error: MSVCR100.dll is missing.
If you want to use Tool&Task, you are very welcome. It is free of charge and does not require any registration. In case you want to participate in our Update&Info-Service, you only need to provide your e-mail address. Further information is not required but can be added.
To the left, you find a list of some Tool&Task procedures. A click on the icons to the right opens an example screen. Watch for tooltiptext and further links. In case we have help information already, you may click the question mark. The idea is, to provide a quick overview of the functionality of Tool&Task. If you want to know more, click the download button and check out the tools and the task manager yourself. Closing the screen should return to this page; the close buttons of the active form is supposed to follow the program hierarchy. Closing the HTML page leaves our home page.

The current installation (Tool_Task198.exe) installs TT.EXE 1.98 and has a size of 11.4 MB
The update format for Too&Task has changed and the 'new' button of versions before 1.80 does not install the update any more. Please download this version to upgrade your installation.
The following table is a list of procedures in Tool&Task. You may either select a screenshot of the corresponding form or navigate to the help info for this procedure. When you link to the screenshot, pay attention to the tooltiptext taken from the original program. Check out the buttons with your mouse for further links.
